Duties
- Monitor production systems, react to alerts, analyze monitoring data, and isolate application issues.
- Handle escalated issues and lead discussions with multiple teams.
- Build and use monitoring solutions to improve application availability and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective action plans.
- Prepare reports and requests, maintain SLAs, and keep issue logs current.
- Deliver incidents and problem tickets on time and follow support processes.
