Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of Repack associates to ensure productivity and quality targets are met
- Maintain a clean repackaging environment
- Ensure all products leaving the packaging area meet company packaging and quality standards
- Advise the Repack Supervisor of any attendance, tardiness, performance, or misconduct issues
- Ensure adherence to health and food safety protocols, policies and practices
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with inventory team to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials
- Address any issues or concerns raised by Repack associates and resolve them in a timely manner
- Conduct pre and post production inspections
- Assist in preparing reports on productivity, quality, and other key performance indicators
- Understand relevant warehouse SOPs and systems utilizing warehouse and ERP software
- Perform other related tasks or duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food warehouse or production environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures specific to the food industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Job Description
- The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Repack Manager.
- This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities, upkeep, cleanliness, and staffing of our repackaging operations.
- The successful candidate will ensure that products are repackaged according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Although the primary schedule is 40 hours per week, our ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule which may include weekends.
Responsibilities

- Salary Range: CAD 45,000.00 CAD 60,000.00
