Production Shift Manager

Proven experience delivering against operational targets and driving improvements across key manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, quality, safety and cost.

Previous experience within a high-care food manufacturing environment is essential.

Demonstrable success in a Production Manager, Shift Manager or similar operational leadership role, with responsibility for people, performance and production delivery.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, labour management and performance analysis, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements.

Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, quality systems, health & safety legislation and audit requirements, ensuring compliance and standards are maintained at all times.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change and operational excellence is expected every day.

Lean Manufacturing qualification (Green Belt or Black Belt) would be advantageous, alongside experience of leading continuous improvement initiatives .
