Factory Production Manager

Lead day-to-day operations within our Egg Innovation Centre, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production.

Drive key operational KPIs including Health & Safety, plan attainment, customer service, labour efficiency, yields, waste and cost control.

Manage both NPD trial production and commercial manufacturing activities.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing production team.

Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Champion a strong food safety and health & safety culture across the site.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.

Utilise capital investment opportunities to improve operational performance.

Work closely with NPD, Technical, Engineering and Commercial teams to successfully launch new products.

Manage resources, staffing, budgets and production schedules to meet business objectives.

Support audits, customer visits and cross-functional business projects.

Lead by example through a visible, hands-on management style and Management by Walkabout.
