About the Role
Napco National is seeking a Production Senior Operator to prepare and set machines according to job specifications, troubleshoot problems, monitor extrusion processes, and ensure quality of finished goods.

Responsibilities
- Request raw materials for the next job according to Job Factory Ticket and PCC
- Prepare and set the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket
- Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to Team Leader/Lead Operator
- Provide start up samples for quality checks and approval
- Fill production reports and follow up extrusion process around the clock
- Check quality of finished goods: thickness, treatment, size, visual defects
- Assign tasks to helpers according to job needs
- Maintain proper cleaning for machine and surrounding as per 5S cycle chart
Requirements
- Experience in machine setup and operation in a production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and report major issues
- Knowledge of quality control procedures for finished goods

Responsibilities
- Request RM/ORM for the next job according to Job Factory Ticket and PCC.
- Prepare and set the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.
- Troubleshoot any problem, and report major ones to the Team Leader/ Lead Operator.
- Provide start up samples for quality checks and approval.
- Fill production reports.
- Follow up extrusion process around the clock.
- Check the quality of finish good (FG): Thickness, Treatment, Size and Visual defects.
- Provide roll winding samples to QC for quality control.
- Report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader/ Lead Operator.
- Report to maintenance team and Team Leader in case of any breakdown or damage in machine parts.
- Drive to reach the KPI target.
- Assigns tasks to the helpers according to the job needs.
