Production Packers

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous production or packing experience on a production line, ideally within a food manufacturing environment
• Certificate I in Food Processing, or similar, would be highly regarded but is not essential
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)

Physical Requirements

• This role is based in a food manufacturing environment. Employees are required to wear PPE, including eyewear and hearing protection, and follow all safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• This is a physically active role and requires standing and walking on concrete floors, lifting and carrying up to 10kg, bending, twisting, reaching, gripping and regular neck movements.
• Candidates must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical and provide evidence of their right to work.
