- Validate availability of required documents prior to new job start up
- Operate machine as per Work Instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need
- Check and sign winding samples and relay to Team Leader
- Regularly check product quality and provide samples to QC
- Report quality defects to QC and Team Leader
- Fill Repair Request and forward to Maintenance
- Assign tasks to Helpers and sustain 5S conditions
- Check and sign product labels and pallet labels
- Fill Production Report and enter data into ERP system
- Prepare Process Control Cards for new orders
- Label left over Material and mixed formulations

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Validate availability of required documents (JFT, PCC, Drawings, etc.) prior to new job start up
- Operate machine as per Work Instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need
- Check and sign winding samples and relay to Team Leader for approval
- Regularly check product quality and provide samples to QC
- Report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader
- Fill Repair Request, relay to Team Leader, forward to Maintenance, and validate repair result
- Assign tasks to Helpers and Skilled Helpers, sustain 5S conditions
- Check and sign product labels and pallet labels
- Fill Production Report, enter data into ERP system, relay to Team Leader
- Prepare Process Control Cards for new orders and relay to Team Leader/Production Engineers
- Label left over Material and mixed left over formulations
