- Plan, organize, and supervise all fabrication and manufacturing activities within the workshop/factory
- Manage production operations for pressure vessels, piping systems, structural steel, and process skids
- Ensure production targets and project schedules are achieved efficiently
- Monitor productivity, material utilization, and manpower allocation
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Planning, and Project Management teams
- Develop and implement production strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards
- Resolve production related technical and operational issues
- Enforce company HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture
- Lead and manage supervisors, foremen, engineers, and fabrication workforce
- Monitor production costs and implement cost saving initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in production management for pressure vessels, piping systems, structural steel, and process skids
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and fabrication compliance
- Ability to manage production operations and coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and planning teams
- Strong leadership skills to manage supervisors, foremen, engineers, and workforce
- Familiarity with welding procedures, material traceability, and inspection requirements

Production & Operations Management
- Plan, organize, and supervise all fabrication and manufacturing activities within the workshop/factory.
- Manage production operations for pressure vessels, piping systems, structural steel, and process skids.
- Ensure production targets and project schedules are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor productivity, material utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Planning, and Project Management teams for smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement production strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Project Execution
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards.
- Review fabrication priorities in line with project milestones and delivery schedules.
- Resolve production related technical and operational issues.
- Participate in project meetings and provide production progress updates.
- Ensure timely completion of fabrication activities to meet client deadlines.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all fabrication activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements.
- Work closely with QA/QC department to maintain quality standards and minimize rework.
- Ensure implementation of welding procedures, material traceability, and inspection requirements.
- Support internal and external audits including Saudi Aramco inspections.
HSE Management
- Enforce company HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture within the production team.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed in all workshop activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments where required.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage supervisors, foremen, engineers, and fabrication workforce.
- Evaluate manpower requirements and optimize workforce productivity.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance management for production personnel.
- Foster teamwork and continuous improvement culture.
Planning & Cost Control
- Coordinate with planning department for production schedules and resource planning.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost saving initiatives.
- Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare production reports, KPIs, and management updates.
