Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience including production management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision making skills
- Strong understanding of HSE and quality management systems
- Experience working with ERP manufacturing systems
- Fluency in English required; Arabic advantageous
