The team combines AI audio tools and human experts to produce edited dubs, audiobooks, and related content in more than 15 languages.
Production Manager responsibilities
- Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals to use the ElevenLabs platform.
- Build quality-control and monitoring systems for one or more language teams.
- Ensure dubs, audiobooks, and other delivered content sound natural and professional.
- Work with product and engineering teams to optimize content-production tools and processes.
- Define editorial lines and creative direction, including style guides, voice casting, and translation and adaptation principles.
Candidate qualifications
- Native or native-level knowledge of Arabic is required for this role.
- Experience building or running a production team in an LSP, localization agency, media company, or similar organization will set a candidate apart.
- Relevant experience may include transcripts, translations, dubbing, or audiobook production.
- Strong attention to detail is needed to identify subtle inconsistencies or mistakes in the candidate’s native language.
- Candidates should be comfortable giving feedback and maintaining a high quality bar.
- Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform and native-level ability in multiple non-English languages are bonuses.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed globally.
- Employees may choose to work from offices in London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw.
