About the Role
The Deployment Strategist Lead will open a new market for ElevenLabs and build a team to establish the business.
The role operates in a senior, co-founder-like capacity focused on deploying voice AI technology for strategic customers.
The role is remote-first from anywhere in the UAE, with a preference for Dubai and regular travel for customer onsites.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
- Build and lead a regional forward-deployed engineering team.
- Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
- Design bespoke integrations and advise customers on implementation best practices.
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams using field insights to improve products and models.
- Build demos, explore new industry applications, and expand AI solutions globally.
- Own end-to-end delivery of major projects and collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams.
Requirements
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical summarization skills.
- Technical aptitude for voice and audio AI models and applications.
- Strategic and commercial awareness, including deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
- Partner ecosystem development experience is a nice-to-have qualification.
- Fluency in English and Arabic and deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances are required.
