About the Role
The Deployment Strategist Lead is responsible for opening a new Middle East market and building a team to deploy ElevenLabs voice AI technology for strategic customers.
The role operates with significant ownership, working alongside sales leadership to move the market from zero to one and ensure customer impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
- Build and lead a regional forward-deployed engineering team.
- Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
- Design bespoke integrations for customer products and operations.
- Guide customers on implementing voice and audio AI models effectively.
- Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams on product and model improvements.
- Build customer demos, identify new-industry applications, and own major strategic projects end to end.
Requirements
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demos.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical explanation skills.
- Technical aptitude with voice and audio AI models and applications.
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives, deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
- Fluency in English and Arabic with deep regional and cultural understanding.
Nice to Have
- Experience building relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to drive market growth.
Location
- This is a remote-first role that can be performed from anywhere in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
- Regular travel to customer onsite locations is expected.
