- Oversee end to end production of animation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Coordinate between creative, technical, and production teams to streamline project workflows
- Develop detailed project schedules and manage resource allocation for all phases of production
- Monitor progress and quality control at each milestone, identifying and resolving production bottlenecks
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure adherence to project standards
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and track production budgets, reports, and documentation

- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of animation pipelines, software, and technologies (e.g., Maya, Blender, Toon Boom)

- Budgeting and financial management for production planning
