Production Lead

The Production Lead balances hands-on manufacturing with frontline leadership.

In this role, you will perform a variety of complex electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations—including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing—while adhering strictly to blueprint specifications.

Additionally, you will guide and support the assembly team, coordinate daily workflow, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, and production schedules are met.

• Work with supervisor and other team support to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.
• Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements.
