Job Requirements

  • In-depth Technical Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of machining processes, including CNC machining, and electromechanical assembly techniques. Familiarity with a wide range of surface treatments and finishing processes is essential.
  • Rapid Project Planning and Execution: Rapidly generate plans for production and lead execution to ensure all customer requirements including quality and lead time are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel to identify and resolve complex manufacturing challenges. Communicate challenges and technical questions to customer engineering teams.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, and generate regular reports to communicate project status to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial) is preferred. Candidates with equivalent technical knowledge gained through extensive experience in a relevant field will also be considered. Minimum of 4 years of direct and relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with team members and customers, presenting technical information, and documenting project progress.
  • Hands-On Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in a CNC machining and assembly environment, with practical knowledge of cutting tools, work holding, and fixture design.
  • Quality Control: Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and experience with inspection techniques to ensure product quality.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management tools, and data analysis applications.

  • Salary Range(annual): $70,000 - $95,000 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
