Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
• Writing detailed test plans, maintenance procedures, test operational work instructions and test procedures
• Identifying and communicating product software and hardware design deficiencies to customers
• Manages project schedule pertaining to test development and software upgrades, working with the customer focus team and the customer counterpart(s)
• Train technicians and operators on new production test stations, support debug of complex RF/Digital designs and perform failure analysis as part of continuous improvement
• Provide support for software installation and configuration, data collection and modifications
• Support product implementation in manufacturing. Detailed layout planning that includes facility layout of equipment and workstation floor space and requirements for power and data networks.
• Identify and drive test and process improvements to closure for top defects affecting test yields
• Support new business development by interfacing with new customers, defining proposals and quotations
• Oversee and support pilot runs for NPI and supply feedback to customers

Job Purpose

- Education and Experience: •Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 1 year of Test Engineering experience preferred, ideally in telecommunications, computer networking, medical devices, or a related industry. •Familiarity with Linux, scripting languages such as Python •Experience with ATE Products and Test Interface Units •Excellent verbal/written communication skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Experience with the Engineering Change Control process •MS Office experience •Familiarity with ISO 9000-2000 and TL9000 requirements •Experience in a Contract Manufacturing environment desired

Salary Range(annual): $70,000 - $89,000
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
