Role Overview
The Engineering Planner creates PCB production sequences using InPlan/InStack, performs DFM reviews, and ensures adherence to customer specs and industry standards.
This role requires technical expertise, problem solving, and strong communication to support production and customers.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
• Will work in the Front-end Engineering and creates step sequence to produce PCBs.
• Develop impedance stack-ups.
• Provide tooling instructions to CAM operators.
• Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews on customer designs and spec summaries.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC) and customer requirements.

Job Purpose

Education and Experience
Prefer candidates with Engineering Degree (Associates or 2 year technical degree)
2-4 years of experience in PCB planning, product engineering, and/or tooling engineering.
