Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Raw Mills and Roller Rooms, ensuring optimal production output and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for critical machinery, extending equipment lifespan and reducing unexpected failures.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in process efficiency and material flow.
- Supervise the operation of raw material receiving, Raw Mills and cement grinding mills.
