- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mill systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they cause downtime
- Control and adjust mill feed rates and settings based on coal quality, particle size requirements, and production targets
- Safely handle and transport coal materials, adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Perform regular field rounds to ensure stable operation of coal mills and report abnormalities
Requirements
- Experience operating coal mills, crushers, and associated equipment
- Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Ability to control and adjust mill feed rates and settings
- Ability to handle and transport coal materials safely
- Experience in cement plant or similar industrial environment preferred
