Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data driven strategies to enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various business functions
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align KPI goals and implement optimization solutions
- Develop, monitor, and maintain production KPI dashboards for all production departments
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production performance against targets
- Generate variance analysis reports highlighting gaps between actual and target performance
Requirements
- Experience in cement manufacturing operations including cement grinding and kiln operation, production analysis, or performance management
- Ability to develop and implement data driven strategies to enhance KPIs
- Ability to analyze complex datasets to identify trends and root causes
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests and experiments
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
