- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular audits, minimizing discrepancies and stockouts
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a safety first culture
- Implement and optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate all internal logistics activities within the cement plant
- Monitor equipment utilization, productivity, fuel consumption, and operating efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and safety first culture
- Experience with cycle counting and audits
- Ability to optimize warehouse layout and processes
- Experience in cement plant or similar industrial environment preferred
