About the Role
We are seeking a Production Engineer with a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering and over 10 years of experience in oil & gas production engineering. You will plan, lead, and optimize production operations across offshore fields, develop production plans, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

- Develop production plans, schedules, and budgets to maximize efficiency and performance
- Monitor production targets, analyze performance data, and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee emergency response and maintenance activities
- Drive technology upgrades and digitalization initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime
- Prepare production performance reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in production engineering within the oil & gas industry
- Experience in offshore production operations
- Strong knowledge of oil & gas production processes and technologies
- Experience with production optimization and operational excellence initiatives
