Production Engineer

Job Duties/Responsibilities Cont.

• Identify and analyse manufacturing issues working with supporting functions to obtain robust resolution. • Identify, investigate, and resolve process-related issues that impact yield, quality, or efficiency. • Monitor and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes and use data to support decision-making and improvement projects. • Ensure that all process changes are properly documented, validated, and communicated to relevant stakeholders. • Support production training requirements utilising training plans and skills matrices • To use/understand internal Systems/Software such as PLM (Aras), ERP (Avante), MES (FactoryLogix), MMS (MaintainX). • General project management and regular project updates to Management team. • Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IPC, J-STD, IATF, UL). • To learn, maintain & support the following Bordon based Automation & Equipment/Machinery • PCB de-panelling machines • Selective / Wave soldering machines and profilers • PCB Cleaning Equipment • Component Crop and Form Tools • 3D Printers / Routers • Solder Paste, Pick and Place and Reflow ovens. • Automated Inspection equipment • Conformal Coating Equipment • Adhesive and thermal compound injection equipment • Stencil Maintenance and Stencil Washers • Automated measurement equipment • Carry out any other duties that might reasonably be expected of a Production Engineer
