Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing PCBs preferred.
Experience with analog and/or power electronics PCB design; basic knowledge of power electronics design is preferred.
Proficiency with Cadence Allegro or comparable PCB design software.
Experience with PCB library creation and maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of PCB fabrication processes, including materials, finishes, and inspection/quality standards.
Strong understanding of PCB design and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of PCB assembly manufacturing processes and equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical considerations related to PCB design.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position is an on-site role, with one flex day per week of remote work.
