About the Role
Sadou Design is hiring a Production Designer & Printing Specialist for a full-time role in Doha. The role involves preparing production artwork, operating UV and sublimation printing machines, and ensuring print quality.

- Prepare production ready artwork and machine files
- Create product samples and prototypes for client approvals
- Operate UV printing machines and related equipment
- Operate sublimation printing equipment
- Perform crystal printing and engraving production
- Conduct printing trials and test new production techniques
- Ensure print quality and color consistency
- Troubleshoot production and machine related issues
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain production records and quality standards
- Follow company safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in printing production or related fields
- Experience with UV Printing and Sublimation Printing
- Experience in production file preparation
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
- Understanding of branding and promotional products
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic English communication skills
