  • 🚀 Hiring Immediately – Procurement & Operations Coordinator (Doha)
  • Sadou Design is looking for a proactive and highly organized Procurement & Operations Coordinator to join our team immediately.
  • 🔹 Role Overview:
  • You will act as the key link between internal teams and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination, timely order processing, and efficient daily operations.
  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate purchase requests from internal teams
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and follow up on orders
  • Track deliveries and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, and pricing
  • Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments
  • 🔹 Requirements:
  • 2–4 years experience in procurement, operations, or coordination roles
  • Strong communication skills (clear, fast, and professional)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation
  • 🔹 Preferred:
  • Experience working with local suppliers in Qatar
  • 💰 Salary: Based on experience
