About the Role
The Luxury Division produces photoshoots for regional fashion and lifestyle titles and branded content.
The role supports editorial, commercial, and branded content shoots across planning, supplier coordination, on-set delivery, financial reconciliation, and post-production tracking.
The position is suited to an organized, proactive person interested in fashion, luxury, media, and content production.
Production Responsibilities
- Support Executive Producers across editorial, commercial, and branded content productions.
- Coordinate crews, talent, props, equipment, catering, transport, and production logistics.
- Provide on-set support and help keep teams, suppliers, equipment, and schedules running smoothly.
- Independently manage smaller-scale still-life, studio, and Inside Stories productions.
- Prepare and circulate accurate call sheets for all shoots.
- Attend location recces and support research, access, permits, timings, and logistical planning.
Financial and Post-Production Duties
- Reconcile supplier invoices against approved costs and submit them correctly.
- Maintain cost sheets and support budget tracking throughout productions.
- Maintain post-production trackers for statuses, deadlines, edit rounds, approvals, and delivery dates.
Studio and Database Duties
- Manage studio bookings and keep equipment organized, tidy, and production-ready.
- Maintain production kits with water, refreshments, stationery, batteries, and other shoot-day supplies.
- Coordinate regular casting calls with local agencies.
- Maintain accurate supplier and talent database sheets.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are required.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to anticipate production needs are required.
- The role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets for cost sheets, trackers, and reconciliations is required.
- Magazine or media experience is preferred.
- Previous production assistant, studio assistant, events, agency, or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
- An interest in fashion, editorial, luxury, film, photography, or media production is preferred.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into greater responsibility is expected.
