Job Scope
Support the division in meeting revenue targets by building, maintaining, and growing relationships with key accounts and customers.
Customer and Sales Responsibilities
- Handle technical inquiries from customers and coordinate clarification with internal experts when needed.
- Follow up on service delivery to ensure customers are served in a timely manner.
- Prepare and supervise quotations and tender documents for key customers.
- Build and maximize the service sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Promote and complete service and framework agreements with fleet owners and key customers.
- Conduct sales planning and target profitable customers.
- Meet clients regularly to discuss prospective business opportunities and report to the Service Manager.
- Follow up on due payments and ensure money is received according to agreed payment terms.
Customer Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain minutes and feedback from customer meetings.
- Analyze customer details, service records, and customer-visit feedback to identify service and inspection opportunities.
- Prepare management reports on customer performance, progress, and forecasts.
- Track product campaigns, newly imported units, and commissioned products and report due activities weekly.
