Job Overview
Provides comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Sales Team and Regional Sales Manager.
Supports smooth sales execution, accurate reporting, efficient coordination, internal communication, and data-driven management decisions.
The role requires prior experience creating Power BI dashboards and visualizing sales data.
Coordination and Support
- Support the Sales Team with daily activities, documentation, follow-up, sales reports, presentations, customer databases, proposals, quotations, and travel reports.
- Coordinate between sales, service, finance, logistics, HR, procurement, and other internal departments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic tender documents as needed.
- Maintain sales files, customer records, and communication logs.
Administration
- Enter accurate and timely data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Follow up on approvals, signatures, and internal workflows.
- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for consumables, receive items, and update inventory lists.
- Coordinate business travel, including hotel, flight, and transportation bookings.
