About the Role
AstraZeneca seeks a Product Specialist to drive clinical demand for Tezspire in Dubai. You will develop account strategies, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop account strategy and plans to improve positioning of Tezspire at local level
- Engage Tezspire users in dialogue about approved indications and treatment protocols
- Establish and maintain long term collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver key promotional messages according to approved plan and marketing strategy
- Submit monthly reports and ensure punctual delivery of reports and daily synchronization of Veeva
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations
- Facilitate enlistment of newly launched and key products in accounts within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in UAE
- Sound knowledge of account management
- Experience in Biologics/Specialty/Respiratory/ENT products
- Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments
- Proven track record in influencing stakeholder decision making

Job Description
- Responsible for generating clinical demand for Tezspire with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions, and recommending solutions to drive business.
Typical Accountabilities
- Develop account strategy and plans to improve positioning of Tezspire at local level.
- Engage Tezspire users in dialogue about approved indications, efficacy/safety profiles and treatment protocols.
- Establish and maintain ongoing, long term collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Deliver key promotional messages according to approved plan and marketing strategy.
- Submit monthly reports commenting on deviations from Business Plan.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations.
- Facilitate enlistment of newly launched and key products in accounts within agreed timelines.
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with sound knowledge of account management.
- Relevant pharmaceutical sales experience in Biologics/Specialty/Respiratory/ENT products in UAE.
- Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments.
- Proven track record in influencing stakeholder decision making process.
- Patient centricity, customer value proposition, cross functional engagement, business acumen, impact and influence, decision making and problem solving.
Desirable
- Experience in Biologics/Speciality/Respiratory/ENT Therapy Areas.
- Experience in Multiple TA/channels/Territories in Dubai & Northern Emirates.
