About Neuroscience

  • Our expertise in Innovative Medicine is informed and inspired by patients.
  • Our Neuroscience team tackles brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and more.
  • We are searching for a Product Specialist Neuroscience based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for

  • Maximize patient share through strong understanding of patient pathway and compliance.
  • Achieve territory sales and market share targets.
  • Identify short and long term business opportunities in collaboration with Market Access team.
  • Use multichannel approach (F2F visits, email, phone calls, presentations) to engage HCPs.
  • Conduct comprehensive account mapping including listing processes, logistics, contracting.
  • Build long term relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Follow up on consumption, stock levels, tenders, and ordering mechanisms.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, competitive landscape, and products.
  • Promote J&J's image as a scientific and digital innovator.
  • Adhere to all J&J policies, SOPs, local regulations, HCBI, FCPA, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate CRM use, sample accountability, database updates.
  • Follow global fleet safety standards and local traffic laws.

Technical / Functional Skills Required

  • Strong adherence to Credo values and J&J leadership imperatives.
  • High awareness of all business factors affecting the territory.
  • Strong analytical thinking, urgency, discipline, and ability to act on business opportunities.
  • Collaborative team mindset and competitive drive within compliance boundaries.
