- Maximize patient share through understanding of patient pathway and ensuring compliance
- Achieve territory sales and market share targets
- Identify short and long term business opportunities in collaboration with Market Access team
- Use multichannel approach to engage HCPs with required quality and quantity
- Conduct comprehensive account mapping including listing processes, logistics, contracting
- Build long term relationships with key account stakeholders
- Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas and competitive landscape
- Adhere to all J&J policies, SOPs, local regulations, and compliance requirements

About Neuroscience
- Our expertise in Innovative Medicine is informed and inspired by patients.
- Our Neuroscience team tackles brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and more.
- We are searching for a Product Specialist Neuroscience based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for
- Maximize patient share through strong understanding of patient pathway and compliance.
- Achieve territory sales and market share targets.
- Identify short and long term business opportunities in collaboration with Market Access team.
- Use multichannel approach (F2F visits, email, phone calls, presentations) to engage HCPs.
- Conduct comprehensive account mapping including listing processes, logistics, contracting.
- Build long term relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Follow up on consumption, stock levels, tenders, and ordering mechanisms.
- Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, competitive landscape, and products.
- Promote J&J's image as a scientific and digital innovator.
- Adhere to all J&J policies, SOPs, local regulations, HCBI, FCPA, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Ensure accurate CRM use, sample accountability, database updates.
- Follow global fleet safety standards and local traffic laws.
Technical / Functional Skills Required
