About the Role

- Support meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Maintain and organize process documents, templates, and simple SOP checklists
- Produce routine status updates and simple slide summaries for stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, or related)
- Interest in medical affairs and operational excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day operational support to the MAF team to help ensure timely execution of medical activities and deliverables.
- Maintain and update operational trackers and dashboards, including the CIE log, to provide clear visibility on status, owners, timelines, and actions.
- Capture, triage, and assist in prioritizing incoming CIEs; ensure accurate recording, routing, and timely follow up to closure.
- Support meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Maintain and organize process documents, templates, and simple SOP checklists to support consistent execution.
- Produce routine status updates and simple slide summaries for stakeholders.
- Liaise with Medical Leads, MSLs, Regulatory/Compliance, and IT/Digital contacts to resolve routine operational issues and escalate risks as appropriate.
Deliverables/Expected Outcomes
- An up to date, accurate CIE tracker with clear owners, statuses, and due dates.
- Weekly operational summary shared with Medical Affairs leadership.
- Documented process templates and checklists for repeatable tasks.
- Timely completion of assigned operational tasks and improved visibility of work in progress.
