- Develop multi stakeholder account plans and navigate procurement processes
- Translate clinical data and health economic evidence into compelling narratives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs and coordinate peer to peer education
- Execute new product launch plans including pre launch market shaping and post launch adoption acceleration
- Partner cross functionally with Brand, Market Access, Medical, and ComEx teams
- Leverage digital channels and CRM tools to complement face to face calls
- Monitor competitor activities and translate insights into proactive territory actions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and formulary status in CRM (Veeva)
- Report adverse events and safety signals per regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related Life Sciences
- 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, with 2 years engaging cardiologists or CVRM specialists
- Proven UAE market experience with knowledge of SEHA/private hospital structures and formulary processes
- Advanced selling skills in complex multi stakeholder specialist environments
- Strong scientific storytelling ability
- Analytical proficiency in territory data analysis and CRM/BI tools
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel daily
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage

Job Description
- Field based product specialist position responsible for driving cardiology prescribing behaviors and shaping treatment decisions across specialist accounts within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain private & public sector territory.
- The Product Specialist will be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets, accelerating formulary inclusion, expanding territory footprint, and building long term trusted partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), cardiologists, internists, and pharmacy decision makers across hospital
- The role demands advanced selling capabilities, deep cardiovascular therapeutic expertise, strong market access acumen, and data driven territory leadership to maximize market share and improve patient outcomes for designated CVRM products.
Typical Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan using data driven segmentation, targeting, and resource prioritization.
- Engage cardiologists and multidisciplinary HCPs in science led dialogues on approved indications, patient selection, and real world evidence.
- Lead end to end formulary listing from physician recommendation through P&T committee approval, code creation, stocking, LPO, and first prescription.
- Develop multi stakeholder account plans, navigate P&T committees and procurement processes.
- Translate clinical data, guidelines, and health economic evidence into compelling narratives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs and rising experts; coordinate peer to peer education, speaker tours, and scientific exchanges.
- Execute new product launch plans including pre launch market shaping, early formulary submissions, physician education, and post launch adoption acceleration.
- Partner with Brand, Market Access, Medical, and ComEx teams to remove barriers and enable listings.
- Leverage digital channels, virtual platforms, and CRM tools to complement face to face calls.
- Map stakeholder landscapes, monitor competitor activities, and translate insights into proactive territory actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, formulary status, and territory activities in CRM (Veeva).
- Maintain expert level CVRM knowledge and promptly report adverse events and safety signals.
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related Life Sciences.
- 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, with 2 years engaging cardiologists or CVRM specialists.
- Proven UAE market experience with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, SEHA/private hospital structures, and formulary processes.
- Advanced selling skills in complex multi stakeholder specialist environments.
- Strong scientific storytelling ability.
- Analytical proficiency in territory data analysis, segmentation, targeting, forecasting, and performance diagnostics using CRM/BI tools.
- Territory management excellence with strategic account planning and center level influence building.
- KOL Management skills.
- Formulary and market access experience end to end listing processes.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and market share objectives.
- Cross functional collaboration skills.
- Assertive leadership with ability to navigate access barriers.
Desirable
- Previous experience in CVRM therapy area engaging cardiologists.
- Prior experience launching new products and capitalizing on formulary approvals.
- 5 years with direct specialist account responsibility.
- Knowledge in adjacent therapeutic areas (Cardiometabolic).
- Project management skills leading cross functional initiatives.
- Strategic entrepreneurial mindset toward customer focused long term business goals.
- Results oriented with demonstrated time management skills.
- Ability to learn, analyze, and convey complex scientific information effectively.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi DoH processes, DOH drug coding, and government formulary mechanisms.
- Experience organizing activities, speaker tours, and KOL programs.
- Arabic fluency spoken and written.
- CRM experience (Veeva preferred) with data driven territory planning.
