About the Role
PBS Systems is hiring a Product Specialist (CRM) to work within the Development department. You will manage problems, perform QA testing, document processes, and contribute to the full development lifecycle.

- Investigate, replicate, and escalate problems and bugs
- Execute test procedures on bugs and new features
- Review requirements analysis

- Travel required Minimum one Development defined onsite engagement per year
Requirements
- University degree or Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years QA and/or industry experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with Agile software development, MySQL, and bug tracking tools is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment
- Exceptional time management skills

Qualifications

- 1+ years QA and/or industry experience
