About the Role
PBS Systems is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will work with customers to elicit reporting requirements and support data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related analytics technologies.
- Participating in and contributing to work planning and technical planning conversations, like data model design and implementation.
- Supporting quality assurance by participating in peer reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, and performing data analysis using BI tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Working with customers to elicit reporting requirements, to design and build reports based on those requirements, and to iterate with the customer as needed.
- Working with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop BI solutions that meet those needs.
- Providing end user support for internal and external customers, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems related to BI tools and systems.
- Ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent, and that data governance policies and procedures are followed.
- Having a growth mindset, keeping current with changing technologies and techniques, and continuously improving BI systems and processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or post secondary education in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Must have technical skills: SQL, Excel, basic Power BI
- Must have business skills: basic understanding of Agile principles and practices, analytical and problem solving skills, teamwork and collaboration skills, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Nice to have technical skills: Fabric, advanced Power BI, Git, Python, R, Java, Power Query M, DAX, Power Automate, workflow orchestration tools
- Nice to have business skills: Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Nice to have experience: Automotive industry experience, DMS experience (including PBS)
- Speaking French is an advantage

The Role
