About the Role
PBS Systems is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to create, test, and manage reports and data visualizations using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will work with customers to elicit reporting requirements and support internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related analytics technologies
- Participating in and contributing to work planning and technical planning conversations
- Supporting quality assurance by participating in peer reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities
- Cleaning and organizing data from various sources, performing data analysis using BI tools
- Working with customers to elicit reporting requirements, design and build reports, and iterate with the customer
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop BI solutions
- Providing end user support for internal and external customers, resolving issues, and troubleshooting BI tools
- Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and following data governance policies
- Keeping current with changing technologies and continuously improving BI systems and processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or post secondary education in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Must have technical skills: SQL, Excel, basic Power BI
- Must have business skills: basic understanding of Agile principles and practices, analytical and problem solving skills, teamwork and collaboration skills, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Nice to have technical skills: Fabric, advanced Power BI, Git, Python, R, Java, Power Query M, DAX, Power Automate, workflow orchestration tools
- Nice to have business skills: Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Nice to have experience: Automotive industry experience, DMS experience (including PBS)
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Speaking French is an advantage

The Role
- As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for creating, testing, documenting, and managing a library of reports and data visualizations.
- Our ideal candidate is curious, analytical and detail oriented team player who can translate business questions into effective reporting solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related analytics technologies.
