Responsibilities
- Own monitoring and reporting of PLM for all brands
- Identify and finalize specs/features requirements based on product/segment evaluation and market requirements
- Develop detailed product strategy document including competition specs and pricing analysis
- Support development of training materials and technical guides for new model launch planning
- Maintain vehicle specification documentation across brands
- Monitor UAE automotive market developments and conduct competitive benchmarking
- Prepare pricing simulations and financial impact assessments
- Develop and maintain product and pricing performance reports
- Prepare documents for procurement team to support business plan preparations
- Maintain product data repositories, pricing databases, and cost trackers
- Ensure timely updates of dashboards and reporting tools
- Support marketing team on campaigns and branding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the UAE automotive sector, preferably with dealer or OEM exposure in product, planning, or pricing functions
- Strong analytical capability with structured problem solving approach
- Working knowledge of automotive product lifecycle management, ordering systems, and pricing processes
- Understanding of UAE automotive market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Valid UAE Driving License

Job Overview

Function Roles & Responsibilities
- Ownership of monitoring and reporting the PLM for all the brands

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the UAE automotive sector
- Strong analytical capability with structured problem solving approach
- Working knowledge of automotive product lifecycle management, ordering systems, and pricing processes
- Understanding of UAE automotive market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with automotive technologies and specification structures
- Ability to work within defined processes while managing multiple priorities
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skill
- Valid UAE Driving License
