- Mandatory Airline Industry Experience
- Strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst
- Hands on experience in SAFe Agile, PI Planning, Sprint Execution, and Release Governance
- Expertise in Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Prioritization using WSJF
- Strong stakeholder management across Business, Technology, Vendors, and Leadership Teams
- Experience tracking delivery metrics including Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Cycle Time, Predictability, PI Objective Achievement, Defect Leakage
- Understanding of modern data ecosystems including Databricks, Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture, ETL/ELT Pipelines, Data Warehousing, BI & Analytics Platforms

Role Overview
- Xebia is looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Airlines/Aviation, SAFe Agile Delivery, and Data Platforms to lead enterprise scale digital and data transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
