Responsibilities
- Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to understand CRM usage.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases that map to business requirements.
- Perform module testing on CRM features like Lead Management, Opportunity tracking, Case Management, and Campaign automation.
- Validate user journeys from lead capture to final sale and post purchase support.
- Ensure automated workflows execute correctly based on business rules.
- Verify data quality and integration from external sources into CRM.
- Test Role Based Access Control (RBAC) for security and permissions.
- Validate dashboards and analytics reports for accurate real time data.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
- Perform regression testing to ensure updates don't break existing functionality.
- Assist business stakeholders during UAT by providing test data and guidance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing
- Hands on experience with MS Dynamics 365
- Airline domain experience mandatory
- Proficiency in Jira, Selenium, Postman, or Zephyr
- Ability to write basic SQL queries
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- At least 3+ years specifically focused on CRM environments

Role Overview
- CRM Functional Tester MS Dynamics (Airline Domain)
- CRM Business Functional Tester sits at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution.
- Primary role is to ensure CRM systems meet end user needs while remaining bug free.
Core Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Test Planning: Review BRD/FSD, identify edge cases, develop test plans and test cases.
- Functional & End to End Testing: Module testing, user journey testing, workflow validation.
- Data Integrity & Integration Testing: Data quality, security & permissions, reporting validation.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, track defects; collaborate with developers; perform regression testing.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Assist stakeholders, translate technical issues into business speak.
Technical & Soft Skills
- CRM Platforms: Hands on experience with MS Dynamics 365.
- Testing Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Selenium, Postman, or Zephyr.
- Data & SQL: Ability to write basic SQL queries to verify data in CRM database.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to bridge IT and Business.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Typical Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications: ISTQB (Foundation Level), Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
- Experience: Strong experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on CRM environments.
- Airline Domain Experience is required.
