- Own and manage the mobile application backlog
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities
- Define and analyze customer journeys to improve user experience
- Drive UAT, release readiness, defect triage, and post release improvements
- Define KPIs and leverage analytics to drive product decisions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing business requirements
Requirements
- 3–7+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid PO/BA role
- Strong experience with mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Analytics
- Data driven mindset with experience using analytics for product decisions

- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, LaunchDarkly, AppDynamics, or New Relic
