Position Summary
The Product Owner drives delivery of Gruve's next-generation AI infrastructure platform.
The role translates product strategy, customer requirements, and platform roadmaps into prioritized engineering deliverables.
The platform includes GPU infrastructure, AI control planes, observability, governance, multi-tenancy, and cloud-native services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Pulse AI product backlog and prioritize features against roadmap and business priorities.
- Translate strategy and customer or technical inputs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product Leadership on planning and execution.
- Create PRDs, functional specifications, workflows, release notes, and product documentation.
- Define requirements for GPU management, model inference, RAG pipelines, governance, observability, cost optimization, and multi-tenancy.
- Participate in customer discussions, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and workshops.
- Track KPIs, feature adoption, release quality, and operational metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in product ownership or technical product management.
- Experience with Agile backlogs, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product delivery.
- Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, functional specifications, and release documentation.
- Understanding of enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, LLM applications, inference workflows, data pipelines, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Miro, Figma, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI infrastructure, enterprise AI platforms, GPU-based systems, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or AI platform products.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, containerized workloads, platform engineering, observability, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM, NeMo, GPU Operator, or similar technologies.
- Experience in enterprise infrastructure, data centers, managed services, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity products.
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience supporting demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution workshops, or enterprise product rollouts.
- Startup or high-growth product organization experience.
