Requirements
- Experience in product management, preferably in tires or automotive
- Strong analytical and market analysis skills
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
- Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain

Role Overview
- The role will be responsible for overseeing franchise tire brands distributed by the company, managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 tire product requirements, and collaborating closely with suppliers, sales teams, OEMs, fleets, and customers to drive profitability, market growth, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow the company’s portfolio of franchise tire brands.
- Coordinate directly with tire manufacturers on product planning, pricing strategies, supply management, promotional activities, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, and regional market requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share across all assigned tire brands.
- Develop annual business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives for each brand.
- Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 tire requirements across OEM, fleet, dealer, and replacement market segments.
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to recommend suitable tire ranges, specifications, and product mix.
- Manage sourcing, forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle activities.
- Oversee technical product specifications, homologation, certifications, and quality compliance standards.
- Support the sales team with pricing strategies, product positioning, technical presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product performance evaluations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launch activities for new tire ranges.
