AIQ is looking for a

to lead the development of AI-driven products focused on subsurface workflows and upstream oil and gas operations.

This role requires a strong product leader with hands-on subsurface domain expertise who can translate real operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.

The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, prioritize features based on operational value, and work closely with customers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver commercially viable products that improve subsurface performance and efficiency.

The position is highly operational and customer-oriented, requiring deep understanding of upstream workflows and the ability to bridge subsurface operations and product development.
