• We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of a mature but fast‑evolving maritime autonomous systems product line. This role will combine:
• Product definition & roadmap ownership (requirements, prioritisation, long‑term vision)
• Cross‑functional coordination (engineering, delivery programmes, customer‑facing teams)
• Operationally driven product development (shaped by real customer projects and field use)
• You will ensure that product decisions are grounded in genuine operational demand, maintaining a coherent long‑term product direction while supporting near‑term delivery needs across multiple active programmes.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, delivery, and customer operations — someone who can communicate clearly, build technical credibility, and operate autonomously within a complex product‑line environment. You’ll be closely involved in live programme delivery, with selective contributions to bid activity and technical product positioning
