Product Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

Product Strategy and Research

• Define and own the long-term product strategy and vision.
• Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, enhance user value, and support growth.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to guide product direction.
• Develop multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead customer research, journey mapping, user interviews, and problem validation.
• Use research, analytics, feedback, and market trends to identify unmet needs and inform decisions.

Stakeholder and Delivery Leadership

• Partner with UX and design teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging mobile experiences.
• Translate complex business needs and stakeholder requirements into product priorities.
• Represent the product to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build relationships across technology, operations, compliance, commercial, and external partner teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to plan and prioritize initiatives.
• Guide delivery teams, monitor progress, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and balance short-term delivery with long-term objectives.

Governance and Performance

• Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory, privacy, security, and governance requirements.
• Work with technical and legal teams to support secure and compliant product development.
• Promote data quality, integrity, and user trust.
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish experimentation, learning, continuous improvement, and regular product performance reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership or strategic product roles.
• Proven success delivering and scaling mobile applications.
• Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and customer-centric decision-making capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, regulated industries, or large-scale digital platforms.
• Familiarity with data privacy, governance, or compliance-driven product development.
• Experience with government-backed, national-scale, or highly regulated digital initiatives.
• Knowledge of interoperability, integration, or complex data ecosystems.
