Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is office based.

Contract Type

• The position is a two-year extendable contract.

Product Strategy and Discovery

• Define and own long-term product strategy and vision.
• Identify product expansion, customer value, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis.
• Lead customer research, journey mapping, interviews, and problem validation.
• Use research and insights to identify unmet customer needs.

Stakeholder and Delivery Leadership

• Develop multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Translate business needs into product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Represent the product to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Align technology, operations, compliance, commercial, and external partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams.
• Guide delivery teams while empowering day-to-day execution.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, blockers, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Governance and Performance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and governance requirements.
• Work with technical and legal teams to support secure and compliant product development.
• Define and monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction KPIs.
• Use analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions.
• Promote experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of product management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership or strategic product roles.
• Proven success delivering and scaling mobile applications.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, and customer-centric decision-making skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional product, engineering, design, and business teams.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare, digital health, regulated industry, or large-scale digital platform experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with data privacy, governance, or compliance-driven product development is preferred.
• Government-backed, national-scale, highly regulated initiative experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of interoperability, integration, or complex data ecosystems is preferred.
