The Product Manager will own product direction for key areas of a global mobile app used by customers across multiple countries.
The role is embedded with engineers and designers, coordinates country teams, and delivers customer-focused features at startup pace.
The role works across marketing, operations, data, credit, design, and country teams to improve customer experiences.
What you will do
- Own the mobile app roadmap and decide product priorities, sequencing, and delivery timing.
- Coordinate global markets, balancing local requirements with global product consistency.
- Define problems and solutions with engineering, design, and data teams, then ship iteratively.
- Define technical requirements for cross-team dependencies and communicate priorities.
- Develop, test, and release scalable features.
- Monitor customer journeys and releases, using data to guide decisions and catch issues early.
- Test changes and debug live journeys with local operations teams.
- Identify funnel trends, issues, and improvements with marketing.
- Build alignment across marketing, operations, credit, design, and country teams.
What you will have
- At least 3 years of product management experience, including meaningful mobile app experience.
- Experience in startups or fast-moving scale-ups without a rigid playbook.
- A track record of shipping mobile products used by real customers.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders, teams, and geographies without losing momentum.
- Strong communication with front-end and back-end engineers.
- Ability to develop solutions from ambiguous problems and identify pragmatic priorities.
- Ability to manage context switching and competing demands without reducing quality.
- Confidence making decisions quickly with incomplete information.
- Confidence breaking large-scale ambiguous work into shippable tasks.
- An empathetic approach to collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
Nice to have
- Experience working on apps serving multiple markets or languages.
- Familiarity with energy, utilities, or another regulated industry.
Technology stack
- Claude Code and Cowork, Notion, Asana, Miro, Figma, GitHub, and VS Code with Copilot are listed in the team stack.
- The mobile app uses Kotlin Multiplatform for Android and iOS, SwiftUI for iOS, and GraphQL APIs.
