Role Overview
Lead the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and delivery of digital payment products and partner integrations.
Work with business stakeholders, technology teams, external partners, banks, money transfer operators, and regulatory stakeholders.
Product Management Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization for digital payment products.
- Translate business and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, user flows, and functional specifications.
- Develop feature lists, product enhancements, MVPs, and product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Work with development teams throughout the product lifecycle from concept through continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed requirements for payment products, APIs, web-based integrations, and partner integrations.
- Conduct user testing, concept testing, A/B testing, analytics, and product performance analysis.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and resolve delivery issues.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and other functions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CBUAE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business proposals and communicate product priorities, progress, and timelines.
