Role Overview
Own ADEED as a live digital product and lead its next stage of growth.
The role combines product strategy, customer experience, analytics, commercial thinking, and agile delivery.
The product is a marketplace platform serving partners, service providers, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ADEED's product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Lead growth and expansion into adjacent logistics categories and customer segments.
- Define competitive positioning and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Build investment cases using adoption, market opportunity, and unit economics.
- Own pricing, packaging, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Prioritize the roadmap based on commercial value, customer needs, partner commitments, and strategic priorities.
- Maintain PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog.
- Lead quarterly, sprint, and release planning with engineering and design teams.
- Own user acceptance testing, release readiness, and go-live activities.
- Manage vendors and coordinate internal engineering resources against delivery requirements.
- Lead onboarding journeys and continuous product discovery with customers, partners, service providers, and operations teams.
- Monitor adoption, match rate, time-to-match, retention, and revenue, and lead a cross-functional squad.
