  • We are looking for a Product Manager to own and improve digital experiences for self service, claims, and telematics.

What You'll Do

  • Move ideas from concept to working prototype using AI tools and independently ship A/B tests.
  • Prototype, test, and launch improvements quickly across self service and claims journeys.
  • Own product strategy and roadmap across self service, claims, or telematics experiences.
  • Improve customer engagement, retention, and digital adoption.
  • Deliver experiences that reduce effort and keep customers engaged post purchase.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data partners to ship meaningful improvements.
  • Prioritize impact over volume and balance day to day improvements with longer term evolution.
  • Simplify how work gets done and introduce better ways of working using AI and automation.
  • Build a culture of shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.

What We're Looking For

  • You are a builder: you've shipped products or features yourself and are comfortable getting hands on.
  • You are AI native: you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work.
  • You have strong product judgment: you know what matters and prioritize impact over completeness.
  • You can operate in ambiguity and still deliver: you create clarity through action.

What You'll Get

  • Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
